These are Brillant Uncirculated Quarters and come from the U.S. Mint at a Premium Price vs Bank Roll.  

The auction fees (.30+13.25%fv) and the .88 (2 oz) cents it costs to ship. 

Each 40coin (3) roll mint set costs $60 + shipping

So, this is the lowest price possible to sell them and make enough to cover our costs.

Full Disclosure: Though these are Brillant Uncirculated coins, they still may have knicks, marks etc. since they come in bags/rolls. They are handled with gloves and placed into a cardboard flip and stapled with lay flat staples packaged properly and sent to you.
