Not sure of the year of manufacturer. Item has no manufacturing marking. Wheel has 8 monkey faces for child to imitate/identify. Front graphic is clean without scratches. All faces on turn wheel are in great shape. Wheel moves easily. Mirror has scratches and was always cloudy. Seems to be the rule with the type of plastic used on these toys. See photos.
