"FANTASTIC FOUR ANNUAL #1 "  from 1963 this is a first print copy,  the book is complete,  no missing pages the book is intact,  but the cover is loose at the spine, only attached by about an inch, the back is more attached, the book  has some wear, and a tiny name stamped on front cover.
