This rare collectible is Abby's  favorite stuffed animal, a farting hippo plush puppet from the CBS show NCIS! It's in great used condtion with the working farting sound box and collar as well.  See the pictures for more condition details.  It does appear to be missing 2 whiskers (made of thread) on the left side of the face as seen in the last picture.  Seems like it would be an easy fix with some matching dark gray thread.
