I have the matching horn for sale in my other auctions. 

There was a model 808-8A attached when found, not included.

The original factory sticker in missing and I see no other markings other than a second hand price mark as shown.

I pulled this horn from a VOT cabinet that was in bad shape.

Sold as found.
