I’d grade this issue between an 8.0 to a 9.0. I have it listed as an 8.5 but it is an extremely sharp copy that is worthy of display. Nothing wrong. Nice off white to white pages. Firmly attached at cover and centerfold. Very minor creasing. A truly great copy.

Take a look at the pictures provided and judge for yourself.

Shipping will be a Gemini Mailer via USPS Ground Advantage mail. Insurance is included up to $100 at no extra expense.

FURTHER READING REGARDING LISTINGS:

Single comics will be shipped in a Gemini Mailer unless otherwise stated. Comic will be wrapped in bubble wrap and taped inside of the box on the top, bottom and right sides to ensure it does not move inside of the box. The Gemini Mailer will be sealed with clear packing tape on the flap as well as creating a seal on the top and bottom of the box. It will be shipped Ground Advantage unless otherwise listed or requested.

Should you be buying a “lot” of comics, they will be shipped inversely stacked and taped into a “brick” and surrounded with bubble wrap. Gemini Mailers can ship up to 8-10 comics in this manner, anything larger will be pre-calculated or Flat Rate Priority.

Medium Flat Rate goes at around $18.40

Large Flat Rate goes for $24

Approximately 24-28 comics can fit in a medium box. In a large box about 60-65.

High value comics that sell over $250 will ship “box in a box” method. It will ship Flat Rate Medium and inside the comic will be boxed inside a Gemini Mailer as listed above, then the Gemini will be wrapped in either paper or bubble wrap and sealed inside the Medium FR box. Anything of $250+ value will have increased shipping price to include insurance automatically. Should there be an excess balance where you actually end up paying more for shipping than it costs(minus any exclusions listed under Shipping & Handling costs) the difference overpaid will be refunded.

I can also offer ground shipping but at higher weights prices will be similar to priority.

Any Ground Advantage or Priority shipment comes with $100 insurance included. For additional insurance, you may request, or in the case of high dollar comics, may already be included in the shipping price.

Now, I can’t believe I actually have to say this next part but I have to because I recently experienced it:

Should the comic arrive and the package has not been damaged and the comic is in the shape it was sold and pictured in, the transaction is complete.

IF THE BUYER(you) THEN DAMAGES THE COMIC ONCE IT HAS BEEN SAFELY DELIVERED, THE SELLER(me) ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGES. I honestly cannot believe I have to actually include that, but apparently I do.

Should damage occur in the possession of the buyer after delivery, do not request a refund, partial or otherwise. Do not request a return.

I seriously cannot say this sincerely enough, I care about getting you your new comic as it is when I send it off, but once it is in your hands, please be careful. I cannot control how you handle a comic in your possession. Take your time when removing a comic from it’s holder. Be gentle. Be careful. It can happen to us all.

Comics may be in either mylar or a comic bag. I do not have Golden Age bags/boards on hand, please do not ask.

Should you need extra protection for your comic, please request it before I send the comic off, but know that it will likely effect the weight of the comic and therefore increase the price.

I feel my shipping and packaging methods are more than adequate. I will not mail a comic to you in an envelope and a cardboard sandwich, ever. That infuriates me too. However, with that said, if you disagree that my shipping would not suffice in most reasonable circumstances and prefer I use a different method, as long as you cover the cost, I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

Should your comic be damaged by USPS due to excessively rough handling, please use your insurance for the damages should it alter the condition of your purchase. It is there for a reason. Make the government pay you for their screw up.

While my methods should hold up over 95%+ of the time, there are extenuating circumstances where sometimes it doesn’t matter how well a comic is packaged, it can be damaged. Could be minor damage like a corner ding. Could be major damage like a cracked CGC case, or it could be any list of things in between. Again, if you have concerns about my shipping methods, please inform me before I ship your item as once it is in the hands of USPS what happens is beyond my control.

Once it enters the possession of USPS, should anything go wrong with the package or delivery, that is the reason I insure the majority of the packages I send
