It has just been reset and updated to the latest iOS, 9.3.5.  The password is 1234 and it is not connected or locked to iCloud.  It's ready for you to be it's new owner!


The iPad is in great overall condition.  The top left corner has a slight ding/dent on it (see photos).  The battery holds a solid charge and is still at 100% after all the photos, powering on, etc.  It has the usual wear from handling over the years and was in a case for the majority of its use.
