Never used, was and still sitting in original box. Not the fastest machine, good for kids or internet browsing. I switched windows from S mode to normal in order to install any aplications not only them from microsoft store. I'd recommend uninstall all Lenovo applications and mcafee antivirus and use inbuilt windows ativirus to make it a bit more nippy. Comes with lenovo original charger.
