Measurements as follows

In the back from top of zipper to bottom of train is approximately 81 inches. 

Measurement across the front from side seam to side seam- across largest breast point -is approximately 17 inches and then the same spot across the back from seam to seam is approximately 16 inches. Making the bust pretty small at approximately 29-30 inhes.

Waist measurement at smallest point measuring around the waist is approximately 25 inches. 

From top of dress in the middle above breast area to bottom of pearl area on the front is approximately 14 inches and from that same point to middle of waste in the front is approximately 11 inches as pictured. 

Underneath has tule skirt and slip with a tule ruffle for some extra princess, Cinderella vibes. 

Straps are approximately 3 inches wide. 

After attaching bustle the train is raised approximately 14 inches. 

Again, this is used AS IS.

There are a couple places where the beading is starting to come a little loose, but not very many places. there are a couple of places where the mini pearls have come off as shown in the pictures.
