Every component of Turbocharger is NEW -according to the producers descriptions. Germam Parts and German Quality Re-manufactured (not reconditioned). If the Turbocharger is returned to us as faulty and found to be damaged by incorrect fitting a report will be given and charge for repair will be offered.

The shaft wheel assembly and compressor wheel are assembled and balanced as a rotor on a CIMAT CMT-48 VRS -(300 000 rmp) The rotor is then assembled with a bearing housing, back plate and new service parts to a CHRA (centre housing rotating assembly)

Turbo calibration bench is the most advanced equipment on the market toadjust turbocharger's variable nozzles with pneumatic or electronic actuators. It enables to set the correct position of the variable nozzles and adjusts the minimum and maximum flow of the turbocharger.
Each and every Electronic Actuator is Re-Built with new service parts as standard:
