We guarantee all of our NEW and PREOWNED merchandise have been inspected by our professional staff. As part of our inspection process, we evaluate the cosmetic and mechanical condition of each watch and then rate it accordingly AT THE TIME OF LISTING. As part of our mechanical assessment we do charge the watch under light (if solar) and evaluate if it accepts a charge and starts working. Many Citizen and Seiko watches have rechargeable capacitors in them that might need replaced if the watch doesn't hold charge. Typically these rechargeable batteries run about $20 on EBAY and Seiko and Citizen recommend replacing these rechargeable batteries every 3-4 years. IF the watch works after charging we DO NOT change the rechargeable battery. PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY. We do not test ALL advanced features of every watch but if you have specific questions about a specific watch please send us a message and we answer all questions during normal business hours Monday - Friday.
