Antique English pearlware pin dish

Date is circa 1820, there is no makers mark, made in Staffordshire England

Delighted to have discovered this charming little pin dish that was produced in England during the early 19th century, circa 1820. The blue and white transfer printed design features herd of cattle resting and chewing the cud beneath large tree, floral garland decorates the border of the pin tray.

This wonderful pin dish will display excellently alongside any collection of English blue and white pottery and porcelain. It is remarkable that this item has survived some 200 plus years. I have not been able to fine the name of this pattern.

Measurements for the pin dish has a diameter of width of  3 5/8 inch (9.2cm) with an height of 7/8inch (2.2cm).

Condition is very good with a couple of very small chips along the rim and some wear to edge, small chip to the rim base, no other damage detected, the pattern has a crease line to the surface and some. These are shown in the photos and are part of the description.
