Vintage 1930s / 1940s pastel plaid lightweight spring dress. AS-IS condition with flaws.

Cute springtime dress. The material is very lightweight and see-through, so a slip must be worn underneath. Buttons down the front and snaps at the side. This style seems like something that a younger woman or older teen would have worn. It looks handmade.
CONDITION: AS-IS with flaws. The material is quite delicate and there are several repairs (under the arms, on the shoulder and a tear on the skirt that was mended on the inside). There is also some fading (mostly along the shoulders, sleeves and back). A few small pinprick holes. The hem has some odd stitching. The ties are different lengths. Delicate dress - best suited for display rather than wearing. If you were to wear this, you would have to be very careful not to tear it. See photos for size and condition.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The photos on the hanger are the best representative of the true color. Some of the photos make it appear much brighter than it actually is.
A note on vintage clothing: I am not the original owner of these items, therefore I cannot guarantee their history. I am a non-smoker myself, but can't say the garment has never been around cigarette smoke or moth balls. While I would never list an item I find to have an offensive odor, I cannot ensure buyers (especially those very sensitive to odors) will feel the same as smell is subjective.

If you feel it is not correctly combining shipping, please write in the order notes "combine shipping" or something of that nature when you order (not as a separate message). The note in the order flags it for me so it is easier for me to keep track and refund accordingly. I know there should be a simpler way of doing this, but I haven't figured it out, so this is my best option at the moment.
