PAYMENT

The only online payment method is PayPal. Please make sure you have a valid payment account before payment.

The payment sometimes should be made within seven days since your purchase. 

RETURN POLICY

If there is something wrong with the items, return is acceptable if the item is in its original condition. Return should be made within 7 days after you receives the item at your expense. We will deal the return item within 1 business day after we receive the items back. We won't pay for the return shipping fee.

SERVICE POLICY

1. We promise that we will send your parcel within 48 hours.

2. If you don’t get you parcel within our stated time span, you will have two choices, one is to allow us to resend it to you, and the other is make full refund for you.

3. You won’t get anything for the negative feedback without any communication with us. (If you can help us remove the negative feedback, we will try our best to make feel satisfied)

4. We solemnly promise that any emails will be replied within 24 hours except our big holiday.
