Antique Vintage Chad Valley Magna Teddy Bear W/ Label Needs TLC C.1930s

Mohair fur, horizontally stitched nose and mouth, fully jointed, blue Chad Valley label to foot pad. Name ‘Bearcroft’ on heart pendant around neck with origin of name to reverse, wears enamel butterfly pendant necklace.

Height 35cm.

Well loved, one pad crudely repaired (damage still present) and one pad with a small hole, some balding overall, discolouration to fur - would benefit from a clean, some restitching to centre seam, label almost completely faded and coming away at seam, some restitching to back seam, small hole to back of head at seam, small scuff to one eye.

Joints in working order.

Smoke free home.

Antique Vintage Chad Valley Cubby Jointed Teddy Bear w/ Labels 1950s

Two tone alpaca fur, amber and black glass eyes, stitched nose and mouth, remains of claw stitching, fully jointed, inoperative squeaker, label to foot and side seam.

Height 26.5cm/ 10.5”.

Fair condition, fur loss/ balding overall, squeaker inoperative, wear to claw stitching and pads, hand pads torn, foot label almost completely faded and stained, side seam label discoloured and frayed, discolouration overall. Joints in good working order, smoke free home.
