I am 44 years old and for Christmas last year I had the desire to buy this Miken Ultra 2. When I played back in the early 2000’s I hit a ball about 340 and I’m a little guy. It was the hottest bat I ever swung. I wanted to relive my softball days hitting again. When I went out and hit the first time in years I was hitting seed line drives and quite a few 300 ft homers. It also made me realize I need to stay retired, because of my soreness the next several days.

I do not know a lot about this bat, but I did a little research on it. It has a W melted into the end cap, which stands for a warranty replacement bat. Back then the Miken ultra 1 was outlawed and some of the remaining outlawed bats they painted over with Miken ultra 2 and sent those out as replacements. Not 100%, but this bat could be one of those. It does not have any cracks and is still super hot. I’d like to keep it, but it’s just going to collect dust. If you have any questions feel free to ask and I will answer.
