Shipping Cost Includes Full Insurance for all buyers in the United States.  Please wait for invoice before paying so that proper insurance charges can be added or subtracted.

International Buyers: Winner to pay all shipping cost. I use ebay calculator to determine cost for shipping by United States Post Office. Winner has a choice of USPS Priority or Express International Mail including Tracking, Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation packaging/handling & insurance cost. Sorry to say, Insurance is not available for First Class International Mail, so First Class is no longer an option as Ebay requires that all shipments must be insured. 

Please Note...

RETURNS: I only allow returns when item arrives and is not as described.  This item does not have a warrantee.  If you find any issues with this item, you must contact me within 5 days of receiving and before leaving any neutral or negative feedback with eBay.  If you do not contact me within the 5 days of receiving, your return will not be accepted.  5 days is plenty of time to check over the item.  You have 30 days from date of purchase to make the return.  I will only refund if item is returned in the same condition as when I shipped it.  Any damage incurred due to shippers handling, will be covered by the full insurance paid to USPS.

Customs Requirements: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

COMBINED SHIPPING: Save on shipping cost… I discount on most combined purchases' may not be able to combine shipping on some large or heavy items.  To take advantage of combined shipping, all additional items you win must be within 5 days of the first item you won. Any items won after 5 days will be an additional shipment.

UNPAID ITEM: I will report an Unpaid Item Dispute with ebay if payment is not received within 7 days of auction ending, unless buyer has communicated with seller (me) and we both agreed upon special payment options. This must be done before auction ends, or within 24 hours of auction ending.

CANCELED BIDS: I take bids seriously and do not appreciate any bid cancelations. 
As ebay states at the time of placing your bid: "by placing a bid, you're committing to buy this item if you win"  I'm even more irritated when a bidder does not have the decency to contact me first before cancelling a bid.  As a result, I will block you from bidding on this and all future items if you choose to cancel a bid without contacting me first with a legitimate reason.
