ROCO products are HO / 1:87 scale. 

The tank is used, but there are no defects or damage noted on the vehicle.  The turret rotates and the barrel elevates as designed.  The turret hatch has been glued on with visible residue, but is not quite right.  It does not fit square and is possibly not the correct hatch.  It looks like it is primarily glued at the "hinges" and would be easily removed.  Please check the photos.
