Vintage Schwinn Newsboy Handlebars Stem Balloon Tire Bars Cruiser Prewar VTG

Newsboy style balloon tire handlebar and stem removed from a 40s-50's Schwinn Cruiser.    Dimensions in photos.   No Schwinn Branding on handlebar or stem, unsure if these were original to the bike.  Good chrome.  Bars are straight.
