This is a 1/64th scale, pre-painted, pre-assembled, die-cast metal/plastic-constructed toy model of a Lamborghini Murcielago coupe, originally from Mattel's 2014-issue Hot Wheels HW Exotics 5-piece 1/64th scale toy model car pack. It is secondhand and not mint, but is in good overall condition. This model features rolling plastic wheels and tires, and a plastic chassis.
