Waist is elasticated at the sides and is 35 inches/88cm unstretched.  Trouser length, 28.5 inches, width across trouser at bottom 10.5 inches. Polyester cotton outer, microfleece inner which is stitched into the garment. 2 hip pockets, a zipped cargo pocket on the outside of each leg, one ordinary back pocket, one zipped back pocket.  Loops for belt.  Made in China.
