This vintage dress is so 60's cocktail hour!!!  Layers of lace  (15) on the bodice and skirt.  There is a Big black bow tie in the back at the waist.  Has a metal zipper.  The bodice is structured with boning.  The straps are chiffon.  Could be changed to spaghetti if desired.
