Comes as pictured. Really good condition. Engine will turn but it's hard turning it and I didn't want to force anything. Doesn't really appear that it was ever run but I'm assuming it had fuel in it at 1 time? Comes as pictured with everything pictured. Sold as is no returns Ships lower 48 states either usps or ups.
