This listing is for a 2012 Lemax Spooky Town Halloween building. It is called HEEBIE JEEBIES ROCK CLUB #25324. It is made of resin. The measurements are approx. 9" wide x 5 1/2" deep x 9" tall. The sound and lights work well. There is a volume control on the power cord. 

NOTE: The "parking" sign is broken off. It is still in the box and I have a picture pointing at where it belongs. The is a small amount of trim broken off of the back roof top. In my opinion, neither of these issues take away from the coolness of the lighted house.
