This is a vintage Headpiece /or part of / for millinery hat band, or front partial headpiece. Piece is done with floral petals and a median size rose on each side.  Color is light lime green, fabric is a cotton with green leaf on both ends and is measure 12" long by 3" wade.  Good vintage condition no issues.
