White vinyl hat manufactured for 12inch Lone Ranger dolls or action figures fits most 11.5-12 inch dolls. I was told that it is slightly larger than 1/6 scale. Hat is a soft vinyl made to look like it has seen some wear and will likely have some smudges to that end as seen in the first photo. The second pic is the same hat with different lighting but both have the aforementioned smudges. This is a high quality thick vinyl hat made for the hobbyist.  It would also be good for young children due to the sturdiness of the vinyl unlike the thin plastic flocked hats that you will see most often in this size. The bandanna is a dark red print cotton.
