1) About Product Details, please feel free to contact with us for any detailed information before bidding/buying;
2) About Shipping, we can ship out within 3 working days after the full payment received. Normally we use Economy International Shipping, while we can use other designated international couries like FedEx, UPS, EMS,etc. as agreed in advance, Buyer pays for all shipping costs or use the Buyers' account. We will let you know the shipping costs after we receive your shipping address;
2) About Return Policies, all our items are checked before being shipped to our customers. If product is faulty or damage upon arrival, or different from the description, please contact us immediately. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date, the item returned must be in original condition, not worn or altered in any way. If the seal sticker is broken, we can not accept a refund. The buyer would be responsible for paying the return shipping cost and we refund the cost of the item ONLY. If there is a problem with the equipment, please contact us before opening the return request;
3) To International Buyers, the import duties, taxes, shipping charges and other cost are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges;
4) About the Feedback, we expect a Postive Feedback, and will do the same in return. Please DO NOT leave neutral or negative feedback without having any communication with us. Please allow us 3-5 working days for us to respond and resolve if there is a matter.
