We use Royal Mail for all parcels. We dispatch all orders within 1 working day, and normally have a same day dispatch cut off of 1pm Tues-Friday, although this may change during busier periods such as Christmas.

You may return any items to us unused and unopened within 30 days of receipt. Should we make a mistake with your order, or if it arrives broken then we shall arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Are your products genuine?

We maintain a great relationship with many brands which we buy from directly and in bulk, it means all our stock is exactly the same as you would find in a physical retail store.

Whats the difference between EDP, EDT and Aftershave?

Fragrance has two main components, the fragrance oils and a buffer liquid (normally a mix of aqua (posh name for water) and alcohol). The ratio of oil to buffer liquid determines its type. From weakest to strongest: Eau De Cologne > Eau De toilette > Eau de Parfum > Parfum. Aftershave differs because its buffer liquid is predominantly alcohol, which acts as an antiseptic after shaving to promote the healing process.

Why so cheap?

Our prices are synced with our website which uses a clever pricing matching algorithm to match numerous retailers. So the reality is that the price seen here is simply the market price for this product at that time.

Why has price gone up/different from our main website?

See above. Also, our website tracks prices daily whereas ebay listings are fixed for 7-10 days, therefore the prices on ebay are just a snapshot of our pricing database at time of upload. Finally, Where prices on the website incur a £5 delivery charge on orders under £10, we've incorporated this into ebay products that would ordinarily be under £10.

It doesn't smell right, it must be fake?

All our products are sourced from the brands so we are 100% confident in the authencity of the product you received. However, over time brands do change compositions as ingredients get restricted (most recently Lilial and Lyral - which was present in about 15% of all fragrances on the market). Also where the fragrace is stored also plays its part as some ingredients are sensitive to UV or temperature. Finally, perfume is generally alcohol based, as alcohol evaporates it leaves a more concentrated parfum the older the fragrance is. There is therefore a very plausible explanation for why you feel it smells different, none of which means the fragrance you received is conterfeit.

Can you ship to [your international location]?

We would love to. But as most our our products contain alcohol its restricted on Air-frieght (classed as 'Dangerous Goods'). Also, our supply agreements also restrict us to the UK market on most brands.

All you sent me was an empty box or some items are missing

As a business we do our part in stamping out online fraud. As such we have put in place various checks to make sure items leave us as ordered including scanning at mupliple stages of the pick-pack process, we also photolog any multi product order. We will Therefore investigate and dispute all claims vigourously where our records show the items left us as ordered.

My perfume arrived damaged (and now my hallway smells like [insert fragrance here])

We're very sorry. We go to much trouble packing our products, afterall most are made of glass and replacing failed deliveries is expensive. But sometimes the postman/woman cant resist using your parcel as a football; so please send us a photo of the damaged product and we'll arrange a replacement to be sent.

I Ordered 3 days ago and you've not shipped my item out

Our warehouse is shut at the weekends and bank holidays. This means if you ordered Friday, the next business day is Monday. This was will be clearly displayed in ebays estimated delivery calculation.
