This is a beautiful clay unique handmade bell or small wind chime. Beautiful texture and natural quality that makes it special! Signed on the side but I’m unsure of the artist . Could be used inside or out but as it is preowned and I’m unsure if it would be weather proof I would recommend if outside plan to put it somewhere protected like a screen porch. It is Hanging on a leather cord. No chips or cracks
