The set is missing volumes: 7 9 43

From 1994 thru 1999, I used volume 43 to translate The Federalist Papers into easier-to-read English. All the books that resulted from this project are on Amazon and include: The Federalist Papers: In Modern Language, The Federalist Papers: Modern English Edition Two, The Federalist Papers: Summaries of Each of the 85 Papers.

The set includes the "Family Participation Plan." The books are in pretty good condition considering I've had them since 1966.
