It rocks back and forth when driving, legs and arms wiggle, also the tongue goes in and out. The suction cup part is removable and you can hang it from your rear-view mirror.

Condition--- Used. Excellent++. No split seams. Figure shows no cracks, chips, or chew marks. Missing it's green feathers in the back. Few small melt marks on the suction cups arm. See 8th pic. Suction cup has hardened a bit. Please see pics.
