I'm sure this is NOS, but there is no box.

It is Chevrolet part # 6465116. 

This type was used on the 1967 and 1968

Camaro, Chevelle, and full size Chevies. 

The input/outputs turn smooth and easy.  No visible damage.

Ink stramped "014" and "167".

167 may be the month/year production date.
