Il movimento funziona ed il bilanciere gira ma la massa oscillante è un po’ dura, sembra che tocchi da qualche parte, per questo lo vendo come non funzionante per riparazione o pezzi di ricambio anche se il bilanciere gira.

The movement works and the balance wheel turns but the oscillating mass is a bit hard, it seems that it touches somewhere, that's why I sell it as not working for repair or spare parts even if the barbell turns.
