This is a used laptop in very good cosmetic condition with light signs of normal use (scrapes, scratches, etc).

There is a scratch on the upper left portion of the lid and a small dent/chip on the front edge of the lid (see photo #3).

Please examine photos carefully.

This laptop contains TWO 256GB NVMe SSDs (total 512GB).

Note: The very bottom right corner of the trackpad doesn't register a right-click when pressed. You have to press a finger-width to the left of the corner. This seems to be common with this particular model. 

All of the built-in Dell hardware diagnostics have passed.

BatteryInfoView software reports a maximum remaining charge capacity of 86Wh out of the originally-designed 86Wh (100% battery health). No testing has been performed to assess discharge rate or actual useful battery life. Batteries are not guaranteed.
