This pretty top is from Yumi Kim in a misses size small.  Made of pure silk in blue and black. Pullover style with string tie at the neck.  Smocking around the neckline. Ties on the sleeve ends. 

Unstretched, measured from seam to seam across the front:

bust is 20 inches across

waist is 19 inches across

hips are 20 inches across

sleeves are 12.5 inches long

length is 26.5 inches long
