This listing is for a McDonald's Happy Meal toy,  from Disney's TaleSpin, from 1989. It's Kit Cloudkicker in his Racing Plane. The propeller will spin and Kit will swivel a little bit.  The plane is die-cast and Kit is made of hard rubber.  The plane is 2 1/4" long. The wheels turn.
