This listing is for the set in the photos. What you see is what you get, there is no figure included. The box has scuffs and dings along the edges and the corners are frayed a little. The velcro on the bottom right isn't very good. The board inside shows a little wear. The plastic shell is a bit dusty. The pieces included are in great shape. This comes from my aunts collection, she was the original purchaser. The figure was likely removed for display, I don't think the heads were ever removed from the packaging but I can't confirm that.
