These scarce small change notes were issued by the Corporation of Elizabeth and printed by S. Kollock in Elizabeth Town, NJ. Simplistic typeset and ornamental design. Nice problem free example with good legibility for the grade and a neat skull and cross bones ornament on the reverse.
