All our items come with a 30 day or a 14 day return from the time of receipt depends on what is listed in the posting. EXCEPT for items sold in the "for parts or not working" category that is no refunds or returns .

PLEASE do not buy our working item and return your broken one to us and attempt to get your money back. We take pictures of our actual items, record numbers on our items, and also mark them so that they are distinguishable.

All items are shipped by USPS,UPS or FedEx,if item is $50 and over it comes direct signature .or if you have low to no feedback ,direct signature will be required.
If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us & the shipping company. Don't unpack or tamper with the damaged package until pictures have been taken or the shipping company has inspected the damaged item.
We proudly ship out all items within 2 business day after receiving payment.
if the shipper returns the item because you refuse to receive it there will be a 20% restocking fee charged (no exceptions)
