We ship worldwide mainly via FedEx or DHL (basically 5-8 business days delivery, with insurance & tracking).

We ship out your items within 3-5 business days after your payment.

Only the address registered on ebay is valid as the shipping address.

We only accept ebay managed payments.

You need to pay immediately after your order.

Returns can be accepted only when the condition, function, authenticity or design of the item you received is objectively different from its images or description on the item page on eBay.

And,

we can only accept your return within 30 days after you receive the watch. Please make sure to contact us first if you need to return it.

It is our responsibility for the return shipping cost as far as the item has a difference from the description.

Returns must be in the same condition as when the item was received, with all accessories.

(The packing box for shipping is of course not included within this condition).

Returns will not be accepted if there are signs of use.

Although we check our inventory as needed, we sell our products at our stores in Japan at the same time, and because we are unable to synchronize our inventory data with eBay, there may be cases where the actual product is not in stock after you place your order.

In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock, we will do our best to provide you with a substitute, but please understand that your order will be cancelled if you do not like the item.

Import duties, taxes, and various fees you may be required to pay at the time of importation are not included in the item price or shipping charges you pay on eBay.

It is your responsibility as the buyer to pay these fees.

Please check with your country's customs office before bidding/buying to find out what additional costs you will need to pay.

These payments are usually collected by the shipping company.

Please remember that they are not additional shipping charges from us.

We study information and appraisal prices of mainly watches and sunglasses on a regular basis, and make every effort to ensure that our customers can do business with us with peace of mind.

We also cooperate with pawn shops nationwide to sell valuable used watches that exist in the Japanese used watch market to overseas customers.

We pack carefully and ship promptly.

There may be delays in delivery due to customs and other reasons. In such cases, please feel free to contact us by e-mail so that we can take full responsibility.

Please do not open a case easily on eBay before contacting us.

Once you open a case, the eBay case system is inflexible and will result in you just not getting the item you want.
