Please ensure that you check your power connections are solid when setting up as this is a common error when putting these together and can cause the unit to short circuit easily if you've not done it properly. Also ensure that once paired up via Bluetooth you have gone into the HM DC App Settings page and selected device connectivity and connect properly with the linked devices using the blue button, as this is also a common setup error.
Unit has been tested to work. Please be advised that if any returns are raised and we find that a user error has been made, you will be expected to pay for returns postage costs. However this is still covered by our no quibble 30 Day Returns policy in the event of any problems.
