There is a tear on the side of the cushion.

Also I've taken several photos- It's very hard to tell if there are several small stains or it is just the color of the thread used & weaved throughout.

Needlepoint is on the top of the cushion and underneath is velvet or velvet like.  There is a stain that appears to be a bleach stain on the velvet.
