Factory OEM Lexus. Not some cheap knock off. H.I.D headlight with ballast. Used but in good conditions considering its age. No broken mounting tabs. It's missing the bulb cover on the back and the High beam bulb. Headlight is used and not perfect. If you want perfect I would recommend buying new. Please look at pics for more details. This is for the Left Driver side
