Old Iroquois Beer plastic advertising clock. Works and lights up. Has 3 bulb sockets but I only put one bulb in. All 3 do work. Has brown marks where the bulbs were. They are designed with the face too close to the bulbs and they all seem to have this burn mark on them. 18” diameter and 4” off the wall.
