Beautiful 9ct Welsh Gold Clogau ring set with a CABOUCHON amethyst called Byzantine design with full hallmark from 1997 sheffield and also carries welsh dragon to guarantee the inclusion of welsh gold -  in good condition  - supplied with later Clogau ring box .  This ring is yellow gold with rose gold for the design and is size between "R" and "S"  which is US size 9 approx 18.7 mms internal diameter - weighs 8.9 grams. 

This Byzantine design is wide and hard to find - please note the amethyst is cabouchon cut  .

Clogau use gold from their mine near Dollgellau .
