1.5" Miniature 925 Silver Vesta Case 🇬🇧

Edwardian era 1904, Assay In Birmingham, England by J.C.

Delightful English Edwardian solid silver antique vesta case. Decorative foliate engraved pattern with a front shield cartouche monogrammed B.C.B. Secure hinged lid closes nice and snug keeping matches safe and sound. The ribbed match striker runs the underside of the case.

The match case features a suspension loop so the case can be attached as a pendant, watch fob or to an Albert chain if required.

Clear struck hallmarks to the rim assay to 1904 Birmingham, England. J.C. (possibly)

Measures excluding loop: 3.8cm x 3cm x 1cm / weight: 15.06g approx.

• In good used antique condition. Light scratches, silver wear, small dinks commensurate to age. Lid closes snug, suspension loop is solid.
