This is fabulous old sign was most likely to have been used in a street setting, possibly outside a train station or residential area in Wantage, Oxfordshire. The styling and colouring suggesting that this would have been made somewhere around the late mid century.

It has all aged naturally and very beautiful, with the perfect amount of patina, all really adding to to the character ad charm - it looks absolutely incredible. Structurally it is solid. Please see the photographs for more information and examples on the condition.

It measures approximately 104cm wide and 35.5cm tall.
