This is fabulous old high voltage cable holder was sourced from an old school in Shropshire that has been shut and unused since the late 1960's. It has a a heavy steel body with brown ceramic insulator. 

It has all aged naturally and very beautiful, with the perfect amount of patina, all really adding to to the character ad charm - it looks incredible. Structurally it is solid. Please see the photographs for more information and examples on the condition.

It measures approximately 30cm tall, 12cm wide and 7.5cm deep.

A beautiful and very interesting old piece that would make a wonderful stand alone decorative item or as part of a project to hang ceiling lights off etc.
