This is a hard to find M. Viorin Octagonal Pernambuco Violin Bow.  According to violin dealer, M. Viorin is a sub-brand produced by Dorfler in Germany.  It's specifically a rebranded Dorfler #17.

Crafted with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional balance, the Voirin violin bow caters to discerning musicians. This bow features premium horsehair meticulously woven onto a Pernambuco stick, complemented by an ebony frog adorned with a nickel-silver heal plate, mother-of-pearl slide, shell eye, three-part adjuster, and nickel-silver winding wrapped in leather grip.

The bow is in great shape and is slightly vintage.  Includes a polished wood carrying case.
