Canceling Your Order: Your order is important to us and will be processed immediately. If you happen to change your mind after payment is confirmed, our team will do our best to stop the order, but we cannot guarantee the cancellation.
We provide fast, free shipping. Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs. Once a product is sent you can't cancel or return. Standard or Economy Shipping is ALWAYS FREE! You will be notified via eBay messages as soon as your items ship. Special Notice for Freight Items: If an item ships via Freight (Truck) Delivery, a valid phone number will be required so that we can contact you to schedule delivery. The item may be delivered with curbside delivery. An adult signature will be required. Please be sure to have available help on hand to assist you with moving the item to the desired location in or outside of your home. Freight items must be inspected upon delivery. In the unlikely event that damaged is observed, you MUST refuse delivery and note the damage on the shipping receipt and send it back via the Freight carrier. Returns will not be accepted on Freight items after they have been delivered, inspected, and the driver has left the premises.
Returning Your Order: If you need to return something, we will happily accept your return for a refund within 30 days from the day it was delivered to your door. If you miss the 30-day window, contact us and we will try to help as much as we can. Please see the Shipping and Payments tab for full Return Policy details.
Return Process:
1. Submit a return request via the eBay Returns Portal.1. Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.
2. Select the reason for the return.
2. Please ship the product back to SWE with all the original parts.
1. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
3. Our returns team will quickly ship your replacement or refund your payment.
